The Institute for Tourism Leadership Australia is calling for enrolments to join its innovative Tourism Leader’s Program commencing on the 15th September 2017.
This exciting initiative offers a 14 week program that is designed to develop innovative, engaged and inspiring senior managers to meet the workplace and personal growth challenges encountered by leaders in today’s fast moving tourism industry.
Delivered online for ease, participants will work alongside like-minded tourism industry professionals as they develop their skills around three vital leadership themes. Participants also partake in personalised mentoring allowing them to work towards their individual goals.
The Tourism Leadership program will be delivered by Leigh Bennett, an expert facilitator with extensive experience in executive coaching, business consulting, professional development, leadership and tourism. Leigh specialises in workplace culture, emotional intelligence and building stronger teams. Participants will enjoy Leigh’s energetic, thought provoking and insightful sessions that enables aspiring leaders to recognise their full potential.
The Institute for Tourism Leadership Australia provides tailor made accredited and non-accredited courses and workshops focused on developing leadership capability in the tourism sector across Australia. The Institute caters for a wide range of clients, including Regional and Local Tourism Organisations, Local Government Organisations, State Government departments as well as tourism clients from the private sector.
